All cards sold through this website are brand new and straight from the packet unless stated as used.

WE ALLOW A MAXIMUM OF 2 PER STICKER PER CUSTOMER/ HOUSEHOLD ETC. THIS INCLUDES REORDERS OF THE SAME ITEMS. IT IS NOT PER ORDER, IT IS PER CUSTOMER ETC. ANYONE FOUND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS BY TRYING TO GET ROUND IT WILL FIND ALL ACCOUNTS BLOCKED FROM PURCHASES.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All payments are currently accepted through Paypal via either directly from your Paypal account or via credit/ debit cards for which you do not need a Paypal account. Prices on our website and payments taken are in £ sterling inc VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are in addition to the prices of the items.

DELIVERY
All items are dispatched with 2 working days, if this alters we will notify you but please check our website for any holiday notifications. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we would expect all deliveries to arrive within the dates applicable for the services you choose as stated on the Royal Mail website. If your item has not arrived within 1 week in the UK or 28 days elsewhere please contact us.
REGISTRATION - PLEASE READ
We can only ship to the address you provide so please ensure full details are given. Any failed delivery which is then returned to us due to your errors will require you to pay the appropriate shipping costs for us to resend. If you then request a refund this will be minus the shipping costs.
Please also ensure any email address provided is current as at times we may need to contact you regarding any changes to your order ie: unavailable items. If we have no email address we cannot contact you!!

Any costs incurred due to mistakes made by us will be refunded to the customer. Any mistakes due to incorrect address provided by customers will be the responsibility of the customer.

PURCHASING
If you are under 18 please get permission from your parent guardian before placing any orders. All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion
We do not sell to other sellers unless by prior approval, orders from known sellers large or small through the website will be cancelled, this applies to single cards sellers, set sellers or autograph card sellers. This is due to cherry picking of certain cards for selling at increased prices elsewhere.
All cards have a max per customer stated, anyone breaching this will see order cancelled or will be blocked from using our website.
THIS ALSO APPLIES TO REPEAT ORDERS OF THE SAME CARDS - MAX PER CUSTOMER IS AS IT STATES PER CUSTOMER/ HOUSEHOLD NOT PER ORDER.

CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
Please note: Any refunds with the exception of out of stock items, excess shipping etc will be £1 less than the actual amount due to Paypal fees which we are charged and do not get refunded by Paypal.

AFTER SALES
Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made emailed to us, a phone number will be supplied upon request.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
